I voted for your health regulations but my insurance company has found a way to raise premiums what do I do?
I am not able to have my whole family covered under my plan, I am paying extraordinary premiums and deductibles, the health care reform was supposed to help the lower middle class I'm not seeing any help at all.
IS this stuff against health regulations??
Okay, I have been working with an client for a long time now. They were diagnosed with MRSA aproximatly 5 or 6 months ago. They have had a problem with picking their scabs and nose. We have tried to get them to stop picking but its just out of habbit. I use universal precautions, we were allowed to use bleach and one point but we are no longer allowed to use bleach. We have to use lysol, to my understanding bleach kills all germs and lysol only kills 99.9 % i dont think thats right But My client is also allowed at a day program with several other clients. My client is not allowed anywhere without proper coverings. They also live with other clients in the home. Our water temperatures cannot exceed over 100 degrees so they have turned down the water heater and water dosnt feel warm enough to wash dishes. And I use pleanty of soap and water, its just the water isnt hot enough for dishes. And my concern is that other clients are going to get sick if they eat off of MRSA infected dishes.???

Yoga Studio - are there health regulations on cleanliness? Funky!?
I just started going to a Yoga studio that features Vinyasa " hot" yoga. I really enjoy going but this place doesn't have any gap between it's classes and requires you to take your shoes off before entering the studio. You therefore have to walk across puddles of other people's sweat and funk to get to a spot to roll out your mat and they only open the doors for maybe 5 minutes letting barely any fresh air in. I realize this is " hot" style but shouldn't some oxygen be put back in before class change? mind you this place has wall to wall people and only about 5 classes offered a day. Is there any health codes on sanitation practice? I took some girlfriends with me and one lost interest simply because she was super grossed out. Shouldn't they take a break between the classes to wipe up the floor? THANKS
In New York health regulations, I read you do not have to remove gloves to handle money. there is no evidence
