Overload on health foods....?
I am 23, female, 5'2 and 120 pounds. Over the past 2 years or so I've changed my diet completely. I haven't had fast food in almost 4 years, I stay away from junk in general and eat fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean meats.I exercise 5 days a week, switching from cardio to weights. The thing is, I LOVE eating. Despite my proper diet, and frequent activity, I am munching on raw broccoli, blueberries, fat free yogurt, tomatoes, black beans etc. all day long. There is not one type of food I dislike with the exception of mushrooms. I am overall pretty happy with my appearance and health...but I have that little pouch in the lower ab area women get but strongly dislike. I've never had kids. Is it possible I'm eating too much, even though it's all good stuff? How do I get rid of that thing, it drives me NUTS

I jog 1 mile and walk one mile on my treadmill 7 days a week. I am 22, male, 165lbs, 6 ft. tall. I am on the slim side wanting to get toned. I also workout but that is beside the point, I want to know how effective a treadmill is. Will I stay in shape with this routine?And what are some good foods to order when going out to eat, or some good healthy foods to buy at the grocery store? I know veggies are good but what kinds, thanks.
