Health and Wellness. Hi, I am a university student and honestly, I do not get any vegetables or fruits. Help?
I am actually looking for a multivitamin that I can take to at least give me a boost in my lack of fruits and vegetables. What brand would you recommend? I am a male, 6ft, and 280 pounds. I try to eat foods that have greens in them but, they are bad in the sense that chicken finger wraps are not very healthy.Also, please do not say take a regular multivitamin because it really doesn't help.
