I'm worried about my health and fitness...?
i'm a teen girl and i'm beginning to worry about my health. i've always been skinny i would go as far to say underweight and can get away with eating whatever i want and when i want i believe this is down to a high metabolism.however, i feel like i am at risk of becoming overweight if i continue my current eating habits.on a typical day i eat normal sized breakfast namely cereal with semi skimmed milklunch i don't really like school food but do my best to eat one of their rolls and on occasion an oat cookie.dinner a fairly big dinner and usually eat all of it my parents make me a well varied meal i don't think what i eat is the problem here and tons of snacks mainly chocolate and sweets when i'm offered them i can't resist could i be addicted to sugar? i also drink coffee regularly recently i've decided i need to exercise more so every know and again i go on a bike ride and by this i don't mean a gentle pace .. i work quite hard .. going up and down big hills too..i don't want my metabolism to suddenly slow down and for me to gain weight due to my awful eating habitsPLEASE HELP if you want to know any additional details please let me know..

I'm very overweight. I know a lot about health and fitness, but I'd like to get more answers for my quesions?
I don't want to be judged. It's not easy to be obese, especially at a young age I'm just trying to get help personally. I'm 15 and 245 pounds. I don't look this big at all, but I am.That's why I'm guessing the other weight is muscle. I've been told I look 200 and sometimes 190.In my family, for some reason, the second born always gets genes where they have a horrible metabolism. Resulting in severe obesity and not knowing how to get it off. I'm at sever risks and I need to get it off as soon as possible.My mom has 3 siblings. The first one was average weight, second one born was overweight, third one average weight and my mom was the youngest. And she was overweight. My moms sister had kids. She had three, the first and third one is at a healthy weight. The second one is overweight. My moms brother had kids. He had two. The first one is small and the second is overweight. My mom had me and my sister. I'm the youngest, the second born , my sister is average weight. I'm obese. There's an ongoing pattern, that being said, I want to lose weight, but I know it'll be harder, considering my genes are the way they are. I just want help on where you think I should start.Like, how many calories, meals, sizes of meals, anything you know about dramatic weightnloss and how to start, please. It helps a lot

Hey all, I am looking for a bit of help with my diet and training...I m 24 years old and last weigh in was 14st 1lbs with my height being 6ft 1" My diet is basically Breakfast 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with marmite and a vitamin b supplementLunch tuna in a whole meal pita bread, apple, orange X 2, rice cake, half a turkey breastBefore training 1 scoop whey protein in 125 ml 2 % fat milkdinner usually ... pasta 60g, chicken breast and a tomato sauce, sometimes mix that up with chicken and mixed veg.My training schedule is...Monday chest and triceps, 1.2 mile run, 20 mins on exercise bikeTuesday 2mile run, half hour on exercise bikeWednesday back and biceps, 1.2 mile run, 20 mins on exercise bikeThursday restFriday shoulders and forearms, 1.2 mile run 20 mins on exercise bikeSaturday 2mile runSunday restI started training in about October 2011 and have been religious up to date. I have lost weight as I started at 15st 8lbs but haven t had great gains in muscle size always floating around chest 41" , bicep 15" , and forearm 11" waist 36" Any hints and tips on how I can get my body fat down whilst building muscle would be a great help Thank you

I'm looking to loose and burn FAT in a couple of areas. It's going to be my 21st birthday soon August 29th I've been doing as much as I know how without Fitness knowledge. I have that stubborn back fat, its not like huge but its on my sides and back. My arms I'm looking to tone my arms. I'm 5'9 and weight about 230. I definitely don't look it because I hold weight well but i'm looking to just feel better. My major problem area is the stomach. Love handles and lower abdomen. Last but not least the legs. Inner legs. Just a little fat there not much. Any tips or pointers on what I could do workout diet wise to help burn fat fast?
